Our Story

Food, community, and fun. There’s little more that a person could want. Rebel Bagels started as a seedling of a dream and has become what it has because of a community of people who believed in it. We are a home bakery under Arizona Health Department’s cottage food law.

We take pride in using quality ingredients, and just like everything in life, each bagel is a little unique. Every single one is hand-rolled, boiled, baked, and delicious.

Each of us has a little bit of a rebel spirit inside, wanting to get out there, reach for those crazy dreams, and have some fun along the way. Rebel Bagels is here to help fuel those adventures of yours!
